Seesmic is one of the most popular multi-platform Twitter application. It made its way onto mobile devices by first being launched for Blackberry. Now it is also available for iPhone and that too as a free app.
To remind you in short about the features of Seesmic: this application lets you manage multiple Twitter accounts and it also has support for managing Facebook accounts. The noticeable navigational and UI features include saved searches, trending topics and ability to access Twitter lists. One of the newly introduced feature in Seesmic for iPhone app is that it integrates well with the popular Evernote service, using which you can easily save and synchronize your notes and access them anywhere from the cloud service.

Just like it was implemented in the Blackberry app, Seesmic for iPhone has inbuilt support for Ping.fm. One nifty feature in the Sessmic iPhone app is the four-paned splash screen, which makes most of the navigational moves as smooth as they can be. Anytime it can be called from the upper left of the screen. It allows you to quickly switch between multiple accounts. Also like in the iPhone UI, you can tap and hold an individual account icon in the pan screen and re-arrange the order of accounts.
