Apple has just seeded the first update to iOS 4.0. Update iOS 4.1 is available to devs in Apple’s iPhone Developers Program. Included in the update are the promised changes to the formula for calculating signal strength bars. However, this will almost certainly not fix the iPhone 4’s antenna/reception issues.

Other than that there doesn’t seem to be that many changes but we’re sure we’ll find a few things to report as everyone gets their hands on this latest release. There are, however, some changes to Game Center and some API’s. There doesn’t seem to be anything regarding iPad support.
We’ll keep you updated if we find anything interesting. Devs can swing by the iPhone Dev Center to get iOS 4.1 now.
