Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono revealed at today’s Comic-Con “Street Fighter IV and Beyond” panel, that developers Capcom and Namco Bandai will be developing two new Street Fighter and Tekken crossover titles. He also announced an online version of Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.
Capcom will be developing Street Fighter X Tekken, which had its trailer shown at Comic-Con today and is embedded below,and Namco Bandai will be developing the Tekken X Street Fighter title. Both titles have no release date as of yet, but don’t expect anything until after Marvel vs. Capcom 3’s spring release. When the titles are released they will be hitting Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, no word on any PC releases.
Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition was also announced, although not much information was revealed. However, most are speculating, that like past Capcom classic titles, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition will most likely be released on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network.
