Google Earth 3.1 for iOS Brings Ocean Layer to iPhone, iPod, and iPad

ADVERTISEMENTS

Google’s latest update to the iOS version of Google Earth, version 3.1, brings new ocean layer content and ocean bathymetry, which will allow iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad users to explore underwater locales. The update also brings native support for iPhone 4 and Retina display and hundreds of new videos and pictures.

This comes after Google updated the Android version with underwater support late last month. You can download the Google Earth 3.1 app for iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad from the App Store here.
