AllFacebook, one of the leading unofficial resource on Facebook is giving very strong hints that very soon you may be able to to Video chat with your Facebook friends and contacts.

As pointed out by blog, they discovered the code that provided evidence of Facebook testing a a video chat product. The code had mysteriously disappeared but reappeared again in the company’s code base again [GET_SKYPE_IDS and GET_SKYPE_TOKEN]:

Recently Facebook and Skype had announced their integration and result of which you can now chat with your Facebook friends via Skype desktop application. But don’t be surprised if the this testing goes successful and you’ll soon be able to video chat with your friends directly from within Facebook.
