How to back up & switch between multiple iPhone springboards

ADVERTISEMENTS

Jailbroken iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch users often spend a lot of their time applying new themes to their springboard. Wouldn’t you like to be able to save theme and springboard setups and easily switch between multiple backups? You can do exactly that using a new utility called BackBoard.

Once installed, you will easily be able to save and switch to previously saved springboard backups in one tap from within the app. All backups will not only save your currently set theme, but will also save your user settings, MobileSubstrate configuration, Webclips, folders, hidden applications, homescreen layout, and backgrounds.

You can grab the free BackBoard utility for iOS 3.0 or higher from the modmyi repo in the Cydia app store. A video demo of the app in action is embedded below.
