South Korean mobile phone maker, LG Electronics, announced plans to showcase the LG Optimus 3D at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) to be held in Barcelona from February 14 to 17. With the release, the mobile phone giant would mark its handset presence in the 3D smartphone market.
Rumors had been around for quite a while, on the phone marking its launch at the upcoming show. And now, with all confirmed, the LG Optimus 3D would surely be the spotlight of the show. Moreover, LG guarantees that the smartphone would be first of its kind in the world, offering a full 3D experience.
South Korean Mobile Phone Giant revealed:
The LG Optimus 3D addresses the lack of 3D content issue — one of the biggest problems facing the 3D market — with a complete platform for a one-of-a-kind experience on a mobile device. LG’s most advanced smartphone to date will feature a dual-lens camera for 3D recording, a glasses-free LCD panel for 3D viewing and diverse connectivity options such as HDMI and DLNA for 3D content sharing anytime, anywhere.
For now, the company released minor details for the 3D handset but even though less has been said on it, the LG Optimus 3D has already started to gain users attention worldwide.
