The Apple Store is back with a boom. Cupertino based company, Apple, replaced the “be back soon” notice with an online storefront offering users the all new iPhone 4 on both US carriers: AT&T and Verizon Wireless. From today, all US shoppers would be able to buy iPhone 4 who can choose between the carriers, AT&T and Verizon, as Apple Store offers links to both the carrier’s plans.
AT&T is shipping the smartphone within 24 hours, while the newly unveiled Verizon iPhone 4 model is currently indicating the shipping availability of February 18th.
Users receive an email stating the number of days, the order would be shipped with most of the users receiving an email displaying “within 5 business days after shipping”, which means if shipped on Feb 18, it would reach the users as late as February 25.
Apple is offering free shipping to its customers who place an order online. Existing users who want to make a switch from AT&T to Verizon can enter their account information and have their phone number switched, when they receive their new phone. While for users who place an order in the Apple store itself can have it switched over in the store.
