Retailers and resellers stuffed with stock on Apple iPad are reporting on limited stock or total sold out on Apple’s tablet, which gives a clear indication on Apple preparing to release its next generation iPad tablet. One of the largest reseller in UK, Carphone Warehouse, is displaying a sold out menu on its 64GB Wi-Fi only iPad model, while the iPad Wi-Fi + 3G model is reporting a total sold out.
Moreover, the iPad Wi-Fi + 3G model on Orange and Vodafone network, earlier rolling a 30 day rolling contract, are also displaying an ‘Out Of Stock’ message, on all models.
Another European distributor, Ingram Micro, is reportedly sold out of the 16GB Wi-Fi only model as well as the 64GB Wi-Fi only model, and the 64GB Wi-Fi + 3G version of the iPad. The seller is also reporting on limited stock on the 32 GB, 32 GB Wi-Fi + 3G and the 16GB Wi-Fi +3G iPads.
Such stock crises on Apple’s tablet have not been seen before, which comes as a major surprise, which might be linked to the Cupertino-based gadget giant on ending the older version from the market before introducing the newer version.
