Recently we posted that, the latest Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) operating system was ported to the first Google branded smartphone. the Nexus One. And now, we have a good news for the HTC Magic / T-mobile G1 users. The good old HTC Magic smartphone, which originally runs on the Android 1.6 OS has finally got the Android Honeycomb port. You heard it right, the tablet optimized Android Honeycomb OS was successfully ported to the HTC Magic / T-Mobile G1 smartphones.
A pair of XDA members named yohshua and ZFr3eak finally ported the Honeycomb to these smartphones, and as usual, some features works perfectly and some features does not work at all.
