Following to Apple March 2 announcement we know that iOS 4.3 final will be released on March 11, on the same day when iPad 2 will be available for purchase. As the final installment of iOS 4.3, Apple has seeded iOS 4.3 Gold Master to developers. iOS 4.3 GM is available for download for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G & iPod Touch 4G.

The users registered for Apple iPhone developers program may go ahead and download iOS 4.3 GM build. Those who want to jailbreak iOS 4.3 should wait until official jailbreak tools are released.
