Google has finally released the Android anti-fragmentation kit to assist Android developers in dealing even better with fragmented related issues in their apps.
The new anti-fragmentation kit comes as a static library, which allows access to Honeycomb fragments API. The new anti-fragmentation kit lets Android developers produce resolution independent apps, and on any device running Android OS version 1.6 or higher.
It seems with each passing day Google is trying to woo more and more Android developers for working on its platform, by making the app creation easier and by providing more ways to ensure compatibility on a range of devices. So if you are an Android developer and want to start creating resolution-independent app right now, you may want to download Android Compatibility Pack via Android SDK Updater.
