Earlier, the internet search giant, Google, announced on enabling Instant Previews for Android handsets running Froyo or later. Just like the desktop version of Google Instant Preview, which enables users to see search results in an image format before moving towards a specific link, the company made available the same looks over the mobile handsets.
Google has now officially introduced Instant Previews enabling users to see a snapshot on the mobile version of its search engine. Smartphone users would now see a magnifying glass logo next to search results. Clicking on it would load a preview in an image slideshow manner, rather the look and feel of the desktop version.

Brian Ngo, Google Software Engineer, wrote:
Starting today, Google Instant Previews is available on mobile for Android (2.2+) and iOS (4.0+) devices across 38 languages. Similar to the desktop version of Instant Previews, you can visually compare search results from webpage snapshots, making it easier to choose the right result faster, especially when you have an idea of the content you’d like to see.
A quick scroll of the slideshow can get you an idea on what pages you want to visit. By adding this feature, Google Instant Previews enables users to save time, specially while being on the handset.
Google Instant Previews helps users understand a certain webpage before going forth and back, saving both time and bandwidth.
