The much awaited smartphone, HTC Thunderbolt, recently unveiled and exclusively available on the airwaves of Verizon Wireless in the U.S, have been bugging the smartphone owners with the inconsistent audio recording while using the camcorder on the phone. The issue has left users sad with most of them wanting to return handsets to the carrier.
Users have consistently complained on the smartphone recording audio on its own choice. Sometimes it records while other times its in distorted form beyond recognition.
For those of you thinking on cursing or returning the handset to the carrier, here’s a good news for you. HTC has confirmed that it has tracked down the actual problem and a FIX is in the works.
A fix is coming? Well this obviously means that a software update is on the way and it should be available as soon as possible. For the time being users are advised to get the best results out on video recording using a third party video recorder.
