The second installment to the Crackdown franchise and a game that Microsoft has given a ton of attention has been pushed back this morning by Microsoft making it miss its previously reported first of 2010 release window, reports Gamespot. This Xbox exclusive will not be dropping until July 6 in North America while Europe and the UK will see it July 9, and finally New Zealand, Asia, and Australia will get July 8.

This installment of the series will be developed by Ruffian Games out of Scotland and will take place where the first game, developed by Realtime World in 2007, left off.
