T-Mobile is finally getting into the netbook game, with the release of the Dell Mini 10 with webConnect. With the integrated webConnect, you get access to T-Mobile’s 3G network, but also free and unlimited access to T-MobileHotSpot Network locations across the United States. And with T-Mobile upgrading their 3G speeds, it makes it a whole lot better! The announcement came yesterday at International CTIA Wireless 2010, along with the launch of the HTC HD2 and CLIQ XT. The Dell Mini 10 features a 10.1? glossy display, Intel Atom N540 processor at 1.66 GHz, 1.3 MP webcam, 3 USB ports, and 6-cell battery (8 hours of web surfing, or 11 hours standby). It will also come with Windows 7 Starter edition.
It will go on sale today in these select cities of Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami. Pricing is $199.99 with 2-year contract. The release coincides with T-Mobile release of it upgraded HSPA+ network, making it the fastest 3G network in all the land.
