There may be some proof that the upcoming installment in the Splinter Cell series titled Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction wont be an Xbox 360 exclusive game for long. Since we knew the highly anticipated game was in development, Microsoft has always touted the title as an Xbox 360 and PC exclusive. However, Playstation Lifestyle first discovered that software engineer Marc Demer’s LinkedIn profile listed him as working on the title for Xbox 360, PC, and PS3. Will the title eventually be making its way to the PlayStation 3?
It seems that this may have been a slip up by he engineer who not long after edited the profile. However, it might have also been a mistake made when filling out his profile as all other games listed were developed for all platforms. We will let you know when we get any new info, but until then Xbox 360 users will be able to pick up the game April 13. The PC version will ship shortly after on April 30. Demo available now.
