Early today we reported about Apple unveiling iPhone OS 4.0 for iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad on April 8th at 10.00 pacific. There have been numerous rumors on iPhone OS 4.0 features like multitasking, UI enhancements, multi-touch gestures OS-wide etc. but none of these rumors had any concrete proof to support it.
Now when Apple has officially announced about event with the tag line “Get a sneak peek into the future of iPhone OS” which means iPhone OS 4.0 is imminent. The event is scheduled for April 8th Thursday, 10 a.m. PT. at Apple headquarters.
Apple has long history of inviting only selected news media and powerful technology blogs for its events it’s obvious that none of us can attend iPhone 4.0 event, even though we are ready to pay for the event.
