Iron Man 2 has been released in selected countries around the world and already its gross income has been amounted to exceed $ 100 million. I am sure the movie is going to be packed with brilliant action and I cannot wait to see it. Unfortunately I have to wait for the movie to release in my area.
I am sure there are many others like me, impatiently waiting to be able to watch the movie. There is some good news for the Apple device owners amongst us and that good news is Iron Man 2 for iPhone.
Iron Man 2 for iPhone is the official Iron Man 2 game for Apple’s devices. It can be played on the iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad; the OS requirement is 2.2.1 or later.
The game offers players the option to choose one of two characters: Iron Man for speed and agility and War Machine for maximum firepower. The game has easy to learn controls of flying, hovering, and running. Different suits for each character are also available including Mark IV, Mark VI, Stealth and Underwater suits.
Our enemies in the game are drones which aim to take us down. Big bosses include Ultimo, Firepower, and Whiplash.
The game has been spread over 9 locations across the globe, all constructed in full 3D.
The game also offers various achievements which, when obtained, you can boast to your friends about.
From the images of the game available from the App Store you will easily figure out how enjoyable the game will be on your Apple device. But the game’s true performance can be measured by the comments it receives. One of the comments posted for the game by NBM05 reads: “This game is really, really cool. The flying is really well done. I love the controls and how easy it is to go from hovering to flying and back to hovering. Changing elevations is also really nicely done. The developers did a fantastic job of mapping the controls for a touch screen. Iron Man looks great, there’s a story with voiceovers to move missions along, the combat is fun, you can fight on the ground or in the air, there’s some mission variety that keeps things interesting — over I’m really enjoying it. Great game, and it’s Iron Man on top of everything else.”
